Nachdem 1995 von Gert Richter das Buch "Chemnitzer Erinnerungen 1945"erschien, war gleich die Nachfrage nach einem zweiten Band groß, der 1996 unter dem Titel "Chemnitzer Erinnerungen 1945, Bürger schreiben für Bürger" publiziert wurde. Jetzt ist der 3. Band "Chemnitzer Erinnerungen 1945, Die Vororte der Stadt Chemnitz" aufgelegt. Darin beschreiben 17 Autoren unter der redaktionellen Leitung von Gert Richter, wie sich der Bombenkrieg in den jeweiligen Vororten und Gemeinden darstellte, die damals noch nicht nach Chemnitz eingemeindet waren. - Mit den Totenlisten für die Vororte.
