Naz has just broken up with Alex without much in the way of an explanation, and he needs to find out what’s going on. Following her home to return her precious notebook, Alex witnesses something that he shouldn’t have. Something that may be part of the reason for the split. Lena, a mutual friend, tries to get Naz’s side of the story, but it’s not easy. Not only is Naz upset, but she seems intent on destroying the mural that Lena, Alex and others from the youth centre have been working on. Brought closer together by the rough waves of the mural, as a team they employ their detective, literary and artistic skills to get to the bottom of the situation, repair their relationships, and make a lasting improvement to the seafront.
