Boğazköy Tablets in the Museum of Anatolian Civilisations (Bo 95–Bo 3993)
The Museum of Anatolian Civilizations in Ankara houses the largest collection of cuneiform tablets and fragments found at the Hittite capital Boğazköy-Hattusa. The completion of the publication of the cuneiform texts from the early excavations at the site is one of the most important tasks of Turkish Hittitology. The present volume contains the first edition of 161 tablets and fragments, with photographs, cuneiform hand-copies, transliterations and critical catalog in the range of the museum numbers Bo 95–Bo 3993. This publication marks an important milestone towards the complete documentation of the cuneiform finds from Boğazköy-Hattusa.
