An der Fläming-Grundschule in Berlin werden seit 1975 behinderte und nichtbehinderte Kinder gemeinsam unterrichtet. Hier wurde die Idee einer gemeinsamen Schule für behinderte und nichtbehinderte Kinder in umfassender Weise realisiert: So konnte die Fläming-Schule zum Vorbild für andere Integrationsschulen in Berlin-West und in anderen Bundesländern werden. Aus dieser pädagogischen Praxis kommen konkrete Impulse und anschauliche Argumentationshilfen für die Diskussionen um eine Reform der allgemeinen Schule, die eine Schule für alle zum Ziel hat.
