The Naumburg Cathedral "St. Peter and Paul" is one of the most famous German buildings of the Middle Ages and is one of the most significant examples of the architecture of the late Romanesque and early Gothic. After an introduction to the architectural history of the Naumburg Cathedral, the present guide presents the equipment, in particular the works of the Naumburg master created from the middle of the 13th century (the founder statues, the group of crucifixion and the reliefs of the Passion of Christ), describes the exterior of the building and offers a tour of the building.
