This special edition of the Leading Thoughts, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of Rudolf Steiner’s death (30 March 2025), marks the first ever bilingual (German-English) publica- tion of his final written work, which was largely composed du- ring the time he was confined to his sickbed (1 October 1924 – 30 March 1925). The Leading Thoughts and the essays that introduce them form the culmination of Steiner’s endeavors to communicate the core essence of anthroposophical spiritual science in word and writing.
