Es wird eine Methodik zur durchgängigen numerischen Simulation der automobilen Prozesskette aufgebaut, wobei sie durch die Simulation des KTL-Trocknungsschrittes komplettiert wird. Dadurch kann eine Verbesserung der Maßhaltigkeit von Baugruppen in Mischbauweise erzielt werden. Vorfalz-, Fertigfalz- und Rückfederungssimulationen liefern die Parameter für eine Ofenprozesssimulation. Darüber hinaus wird das Rollfalzen modelliert.
