Mit dem vorliegenden Band kommt erstmals eine Abhandlung über eine maßgebliche liturgische Handschrift der Augustinerchorherren von Saint-Victor in Paris, aus dem beginnen­den 13. Jahrhundert, in den Druck. Bei der Handschrift handelt es sich um ein Lektionar für das nächtliche Stundengebet. Zwei Besitzeinträge weisen diesen Codex eindeutig als viktorinische Handschrift aus. Der Name des Priorats, Sainte Marie-Madeleine in Faronville, seine Lokalisation sowie die wahren Verhältnisse vor Ort werden im Spiegel der Urkunden und Handschriften geklärt. Das Lektionar, das sich in der Bibliothéque nationale de France befindet, wird auf seine Geschichte, seinen Aufbau und auf die in ihm ver­wendeten Quellen hin untersucht. Die drei Textteile der Handschrift sind jeweils mit reich verzierten Initialen voneinander unterschieden. Die materiale Textbasis des Lektionars umfasst 1397 Perikopen, die im Sommerhalbjahr, in der Zeit von Pfingsten bis Advent, im Gottesdienst zum Vortrag kamen. With this volume, for the first time a treatise on an authoritative liturgical manuscript of the Augustinian canons of Saint-Victor in Paris, dating from the early 13th century, is presented. The manuscript is a lectionary for the nocturnal Liturgy of the Hours. Two ownership entries clearly identify this codex as a Victorine manuscript. The name of the priory, Sainte Marie-Madeleine in Faronville, its location and the true circumstances on site are clarified on the basis of documents and manuscripts. The lectionary, today at the Bibliothéque nationale de France, is examined for its history, its structure and the sources used. The three textual parts of the manuscript are differentiated from each other by richly decorated initials. The material textual basis of the lectionary comprises 1397 pericopes, which were used in worship during the summer term, the period from Pentecost to Advent. Nous avons sous nos yeux la première étude d’un manuscrit liturgique des chanoines réguliers de Saint-Victor de Paris, qui vient d’être publié dans ce volume. Il s’agit d’un lectionnaire de l’office nocturne d’un prieuré victorin. Deux marques de possession montrent que ce codex appartenait aux victorins par qui il fut même constitué. Le nom du prieuré, Sainte Marie-Madeleine à Faronville, sa localisation ainsi que son emplacement seront examinés de près aux yeux de chartes et de manuscrits. Le lectionnaire de Faronville qui se trouve à la Bibliothèque nationale de France, sera étudié du point de vue de son histoire, de sa composition et des sources mises à profit. Chacune des trois parties du manuscrit a été richement illustrée par des initiales. La base textuelle du lectionnaire est constituée par les 1397 pericopes, qui étaient lues, en été, pendant l’office.
