Thema dieser Arbeit ist die systematische Untersuchung der Mehrstrahlinterferenz für die direkte Strukturierung von Materialien durch Laserablation. Im ersten Schritt wird eine theoretische Analyse der Anforderungen für den direkten Abtrag vorgenommen. Im nächsten Schritt wird als Bindeglied zwischen Theorie und Experiment ein Messverfahren zur Bestimmung des effektiven Interferenzkontrastes entwickelt. Anschließend wird die experimentelle Strukturierung von verschiedenen Materialien untersucht.
