[Ineligibility for Inheritance, Disclaimer of Inheritance, Grant of Probate, Purchase of Inheritance]The growing importance of Inheritance Law becomes very much apparent in an increasing number of published court decisions on cases of Renunciation of Inheritance or of Legitimate Portion and on Grants of Probation. They, together with the relevant literature on that subject, that has been published since the previous edition was introduced, have been extensively incorporated. Purchase of an Inheritance: the effects of the reform of contract law on this legal institute are being presented.
