Ziel der Arbeit war die Entwicklung einphasig angeregter reversibler piezoeletrische Stehwellen-Ultraschallmotren für lineare und rotatorische Bewegung. Nach der FEM gestützen simulativen Auslegung von Piezoantrieben erfolgte der Vergleich mit experimentell aufgebauten Antrieben. Die zur Ansteuerung notwendige Elektronik wurde ebenfalls im Rahmen dieser Arbeit entwickelt.
