In dieser Arbeit wird der Stand der Technik der variothermen Prozessführung im Kunststoffsprtzuguss analysiert. Das Prinzip der induktiven Erwärmung wird beschrieben und verschiedene Konzepte zur induktiven Erwärmung von Spritzgießwerkzeugen werden dargestellt. Anhand eines Demonstratorwerkzeugs zur Herstellung von Mikrostrukturbauteilen im Labormaßstab wird eine Werkzeugvariante untersucht und die experimentellen Ergebnisse verglichen.
